KINGDOM PLANNING – BE INTENTIONAL

     Entry Plan: Go 2x2; find a 'person of peace', build relationship and perform a notable miracle that no one can deny. Luke 10:1-10; Acts 4:16

Gospel Plan: Give salvation message, bring them to repentance, baptize and empower them to be witnesses and make them followers of Christ. Acts 2: 37-39  
       
Discipleship Plan: Apostolic teaching, Purpose bound Fellowship; Generous giving - to be distributed  to the apostles and the needy; Breaking bread from house to house; going out fishing and become a prolific fisher of men. Acts 2:42-47; 4:34,35

Gathering Plan: Invite seekers. Where 2/3 are gathered in his name. Everyone to share a psalm, a teaching a revelation, a testimony, a prophecy. Gather in a House of Peace to encourage, challenge, even rebuke. Offer a repentant soul as a sacrifice well pleasing to God. Matt. 18:18-20; 1Cor. 14:26-32; Hebrew 10:24,25; 2Tim.4:2; Titus 2:15; Malachi 1:11

Leadership Development Plan: Anyone, Anywhere; Any gender, Any number; Anytime. Equipping every believer with apologetics to be workplace ministers with ability to counter those who oppose. Eph. 4:11,12; Titus 1:9; 1Peter 3:15

Multiplication Plan: Finding out how much of the dark areas exist, rather than gloating over what has been achieved, is the beginning of wisdom. Jesus came to “seek” and to save the lost. You have to “seek” first i.e. to research and find out a “person of peace” where God is not and then take the saving gospel over there. True Church is the Body and Bride of Christ with DNA of multiplication, to be fruitful, multiply and fill the earth. The Great Commission to go and make disciples of all nations is her marching order. Genesis 1:28; Matt. 28:18-20

 Course Correction Plan: Kingdom planning happens by intention by partnering with God, and not by accident. Our part is to put up the sails, and then God provides the wind (Holy Spirit), only then the boat moves forward. Multiplication slows down or stops altogether when we add on unnecessary baggage and ruin both its simplicity and the reproducibility. Identifying and removing obstacles that prevent her from reaching the ends of the earth must be done with clinical thoroughness on a regular basis. It is the little foxes that destroy the vineyard. Song 2:15

  Dear B, My first journey back in mid-sixties to Ireland was a memorable one. I went by train from London to Hollyhead which reached there about 2 AM. To my utter dismay all the Irish men started running to the waiting ferry. Being an Indian and running to get a seat in the train was quite normal thing for me. So I thought may be there are not enough seats so I also ran only to find  that most of the seats empty and I could comfortably stretch out. STRUCTURING A GREAT COMMISSION TRAINING PROGRAM

  1. Objective:  Clearly define the objective of the training. Jesus defined it clearly when he said to his disciples, "Follow me and I will make you fishers of men". So the objective of our training is not to train theologians to become aquarium keepers (Pastors) but to equip followers of Christ into prolific fishers of men or disciplers who birth more disciple makers or sowers of the seed who reproduce more sowers of the seed or seekers of the lost sheep who find more seekers of the lost sheep. 2. Content:  Based on the above objective, the content must resonate with it. F ocus on the Great Commission as the core of the core and carefully choose topics that help fulfill it.  We must resist the temptation to add on interesting topics that are informative but do not have immediate bearing on the objective unless it is a completely new group in which case you might have to do some vision casting . Jesus' 5 Major paradigm shifts from OT to NT

1.   Buildings: Jesus shifted the holy temple from a stone building to human heart (1 Cor. 3:16). For 300 years the NT church functioned in the homes of the people without any specifically constructed sacred buildings and grew exponentially until Constantine built the first cathedral in Rome.   Our Response: Build more buildings. Brick an mortar has done more harm to church growth and multiplication than anything else. Every dollar spent on building sends someone to hell. Every 4 seconds someone dies in India without hearing the gospel and goes to hell.  Remember: God does not live in buildings made with human hands. (Acts 7:48,49) 2. Priesthood: The OT consisted of priesthood of hereditary Levites. Anyone could become a prophet but never a priest. Jesus changed all that so that in His church there is priesthood of all believers.
